The lab presenting at UZI 2025

Work in the lab is being presented at the 2025 congress of the Italian Zoological Union, which is held in Cagliari (Sardinia) as a joint congress between this society and the Italian Anthropological Association.

Specifically, Sebastiano’s first poster using geometric morphometrics to study macroevolutionary patterns in dragonflies (including allometric and variation related to flight efficiency) is currently exposed in the poster session.

Carmelo, instead, will talk on Thursday morning about his work on rates of diversification and phenotypic evolution using wrasses as study system.
